Getting Started
First, give us a few details with our Trip Inquiry Form—and then we’ll reach out to arrange your complimentary Discovery Call over phone or Zoom. This is where we’ll dig deep into your big travel dreams, unique preferences, and all the other information we want to know so we can design a deeply personalized experience for you!

Designing Your Vacation
Once you take care of your Design Fee—we’ll share this with you after our call together—we’ll begin researching and creating your bespoke itinerary. After working with our vetted travel partners, we’ll present your proposed itinerary to you, incorporating any feedback you may have. We’ll go through up to three rounds of revisions to make sure everything is perfect.

Taking Care of Details
Once we’ve finalized your itinerary, we’ll lock down all the travel arrangements. Let us take care of every travel logistic and detail, large and small, so that your entire trip unfurls flawlessly for you—this includes booking and managing your hotel/resort/cruise cabin, transfers, tours, activities, and more.

Yes, we charge a Design Fee before we begin crafting your itinerary. This fee accounts for the comprehensive research, travel management, and support that goes into each trip planned by The Travel Boutique. Our fee varies depending on the length and complexity of your trip—we’ll share the exact fee with you after your complimentary consultation call.
What is Virtuoso?
Virtuoso is a global luxury travel network of travel agencies and curated travel providers. Our affiliation with Virtuoso allows us to pass on exclusive luxury amenities and perks to our clients.
What is Gifted Travel Network (GTN)?
GTN is our host agency that provides back office support and access to a vast network of travel partners. GTN also continuously provides us with education opportunities, so we can always stay up to date on the latest travel trends for you.
